If you havenā€™t received your Welcome Letter and first statement yet, you can call us at 1-800-336-6675.

  • To sign up for online account access, go to chase.com or the Chase MobileĀ® app and follow instructions by choosing ā€œEnroll now.ā€ Youā€™ll need your auto account number.

Please contact us using the Secure Message Center or by calling us at 1-877-242-7372. Explain that you already have a Chase profile and canā€™t see your new Auto account online.
