ACH Payments and Collections:Troubleshoot Nacha™ file error: Your batch has an ineligible or is missing a Chase account.

When you upload a Nacha file, you may get an error message that your batch has an ineligible or is missing a Chase account. You can correct the error by adding a Chase funding account during the file upload. Here's how:

  1. Step oneClick "Add account" to choose an account for your uploaded file
  2. Step twoUnder Chase Account, choose an account
  3. Step threeClick "Next"
  4. Step fourClick "Submit"
  5. Step fiveYou've successfully added a Chase funding account to your Nacha file
